What we collect

• Your messages and excerpt(s) you email to us to create your sample.
• Audio files we produce for you (demo and final chapters).
• Basic site analytics (page views, clicks on “Play demo” / “Reply yes”) to improve conversion. No invasive tracking, no resale.

Why we collect it

To create and deliver your Spanish audiobook sample and production, to guide platform submission, and to measure whether the site is doing its job for cold outreach.

Retention & deletion

We keep project files for as long as needed to deliver, support, and improve your title. Email lukas@puenteaudio.com to request deletion of samples or project files; custom samples are removed immediately.

Cookies & third parties

If we use lightweight analytics (e.g., Vercel Analytics or Plausible), they may set minimal cookies or use anonymous measurement. We do not sell or share your data.

Security

Files are stored in reputable cloud providers with access limited to production. We share audio only with you or the platforms you approve.
