Legal
Plain-English rights & disclosures. Project-specific terms are provided before any paid work.
Ownership & rights
You (the rights-holder) retain all rights and earnings for your book and its Spanish audiobook edition. PuenteAudio operates as work-for-hire for audio production and does not claim ownership of your text or audio.
Digital narration disclosure
Where a platform requires disclosure of digital voice narration, we include it. We also follow any required labeling conventions and metadata flags related to synthetic voices.
Distribution & platform compliance
We prepare files for platforms that currently accept digitally narrated titles with proper labeling (e.g., Spotify via Findaway Voices and Google Play Books). Availability and rules can change; we’ll point you to each platform’s latest terms prior to submission.

Deliverables & quality
You receive a clean Spanish script of your book, chaptered audio masters (with consistent loudness and spacing), a metadata sheet, and submission guidance. Objective issues (misreads, artifacts, timing) are fixed prior to delivery.
Payments & revisions
A fixed price is quoted after your free sample and scope confirmation. Objective fixes are included; minor performance tweaks are handled within a reasonable revision window documented in the project agreement.
Takedown & sample removal
Custom samples are hosted on private, unlisted URLs and are removed immediately upon request. For any content disputes, contact lukas@puenteaudio.com.
